As our Customer Service Representative has decided to retire after 35 years of dedicated efforts, we are now looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems, and have a value-added service approach to customers and colleagues.


  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to product-related questions
  • Work with internal departments to continuously meet and exceed customer needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales meetings and events


  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
  • German (written and oral) is preferred
  • 3-5 years of customer relation experience, including e-commerce customer service experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Strong language skills, English is mandatory, German is preferred

This is a full-time position based at Tytex headquarters in Ikast, Denmark and will report to the CCO.
